Ross knew I was shopping around for brake rotors and pads for my Mondeo. His price was almost 100 cheaper than SCA and Repco and almost 300 cheaper than Ford. He ordered the parts in even though I hadn't decided when I was speaking to him. When I suggested that 35 pads might be low quality and I was happy to pay more he did not try to upsell me, just said that they were a quality product and he stood by them. He even gave me a few bucks off the total because I bought a few other bits as well! I would definitely buy from there again.
