Absolutely pathetic. Ordered online on Tuesday for a product which was in stock. Got tracking number on Thursday saying it was shipped. E-mailed and got no reply on Friday when lodging a query (courierpost said not in their system). Finally showed as picked up in the courier system just before 1pm on the Monday. Still no reply to e-mail queries. Go buy from someone else, even if it costs double!
