Karapiro Prime is an Auckland based company that grows and provides export quality beed and lamb to every day kiwis. Our best has always been sent overseas, but Karapiro Prime is here to keep it here. With farms in Karapiro, our meat is grown free range and grass-fed with the use of pesticides and antibiotics to keep our animals happy and healthy. Our beef is dry-aged 21 days, and our lamb 7 days. This means every cut from our animals are aged, all the way down to the mince and sausages. This allows for fuller flavour and a far more tender meat experience. You would expect to pay more for this quality, but our vision and mission is to bring about change to the New Zealand meat consumer market. We want to set the quality bar as high as possible, and then bring about change to consumer expectation of dollar value to meat quality, albeit cheaper prices for the highest quality.
