I bought my Black/Beige Spencer zip-around continental wallet here 2 years ago. The staff member was great and the wallet is still going strong. I got it for 110 Aud and it retailed at 319 in 2019. Its served me well on my many travels I can stash my Iphone 11 Pro in the outer pocket, also inside the wallet too, but its a pain to get out in a hurry. Id get it on special only, like any high end product.

Absolutely horrible service... DO NOT BUY For a reputable global brand, you would expect high level of service from staff at their Auckland Airport Retail Store. I was serviced by an individual called Nala (not even sure if she gave me her real name) who was not only unprofessional and rude but had the audacity to literally say in front of other customers to say go ahead and complain to my Manager regarding her service! As a luxury goods buyer, I will never purchase a Kate Spade bag again, I would rather buy other global brands out there... If I was Kate Spade Management, I would immediately get rid of this employee... You have lost a regular customer for life!

Terrible service. Always Shop at Auckland airport when flying but first time buying Kate spade in New Zealand. Didn’t speak to me until I asked about a product, then she finally engaged. Will not be returning again unfortunately.
