I have had several sessions with Kat over the last 8 years and one thing she has consistently helped me to do is shift and move forwards. Things can get uncomfortable when change occurs however my life has significantly changed for the better. In the last 6 months alone I've seen physical change (reached my goal weight) personal growth as well as the growth of my business.
