It was busy period. Understandable for wait time and FOH trying to serve with smile, very helpful. But manager (wearing button up shirt) is rude.

Honestly the worst fast food place I've been too. Slow service - you'll wait 10min every time. Missing items - 4 out of five times something will be missing and when you question it make sure you have your food and receipt still cause they'll question you. Overall just go to a better kfc...
If there is a way to leave 0 stars I will. System down all the time. Waiting time is exceptionally longer than other stores - often longer than 20 minutes. Often items missing from the packs. Reasons provided never make any sense. Customer service doesn't match KFC standards.
The food took way too long. I ordered a small popcorn chicken only and left after waiting 25 minutes. Would not reccommend.
Had to ask to have the table wiped down. Yes it was busy. Young staff member was helpful and very obliging.
