Ordered online. Original style chicken was burned and very overcooked (really dark, oily, patchy peeling skin) and the gravy that I ordered wasn't even included. They refused to deliver the rest of the meal that we had paid over 50 for, so we ended up having to drive there - which isn't ideal when you're ordering something for delivery. Pity that they're the only place in the area that can deliver to us. Would suggest skipping them unless you're iiinsanely desperate for KFC and can't go elsewhere.

It's not bad. It's what you expect. But sometimes the drive through line takes forever. I've been coming to this KFC for over 20 years now... I feel old. Service: 3/5 Food Quality: 3/5 Food Quantity: 5/5 Environment: 3/5 Price: 10-20pp
Terrible unbelievable service. Waited at drive through to order but no voice heard so I drove on through where no one came to the window even after I beeped the horn once at first then gave a massive toot. Still no one even looked my way. What is going on!!? Management get it together!
Terrible, just absolutely terrible. Ordered the delivery service but the products delivered is inedible. Chickens came fried with feathers. What is more frustrating is that after calling them they just want me to go to the physical store and get another. No sincere and official apology was given. Moreover, after contacting KFC via mail filing a complaint and asking for refund, a week had passed and no response was given whatsoever by KFC. aweful
Went through drive through and waited for 5 minutes with no one responding so drive threw only to be told to drive around and wait at the back of the line again because they had other orders? Why not just take an order rat the window and apologize. Terrible service.
Easily the worst kfc I've ever had. The coke was more like water than coke. My GF's vege burger was suuuper soggy and falling apart. Staff were nice though. Do yourself a favour and go to a different KFC.
Great but they forgot a whole meal out of our order.
