Ordered takeout, when at home found out half the order not there. Tried ringing but no answer. Please answer your phone unless this is an ongoing problem from this store. NOT HAPPY!! Would give 0 stars if l could.

First day of Level 3 (Covid-19) so that meant take aways were on the cards which was great news for many. We decided to take a chance and get take out for our boys!!! 4 hours, no potty breaks and a very tired mom and dad (hubby and I) just enter the drive thru, 2 cars behind a vehicle who placed an order and all the lights went out at 10.00pm. KFC closed for the night, no warning or announcement from Management!!!! The only person who did say something was a member of the public who was walking to cars letting people know "no more original chicken but only hot chicken and they are closing soon" but I checked the website and it said 11.00pm but I didn't see any notices along the road side or outside the shop. I understand that's its been a month we and have all been in lockdown and clearly the volume of people that decided they wanted take away on the first day of level 3 must have been overwhelming for most businesses but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth and the saddest part is arriving back home empty handed and my youngest son so upset and was so looking forward to his chicken pops. The lengths you go to for your children!!!

I think the chicken is very juicy and it’s very fresh I enjoyed every bite! I also liked the fries because it was crispy on the outside but warm gooey rich potato mash in the inside. And the mashed potato and gravy was nice too, very rich and creamy. What a decent dinner! Well done!

Second time here in 4 months and both times we were served by Mika ... he's awesome. Such a lovely guy with great customer service skills! Thanks Mika!! Much appreciated The food was up the scratch too lol

It is a double fried unidentified rubber parts of chicken by a cosmic price. Not recommend

It was average, food slightly overpriced. There's usually a very putrid smell outside of KFC building. The chips are big and chunky so I prefer McDonald's chips because they are thin and crispy.

Food and service is decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow. On one occasion drive through system was down. But I'm not sure that's at the fault of the staff there
