Always busy in the weekend, so an appointment is advised. Amandeep gives great customer service. Helpful and obliging. Pick up was organized and went smoothly. Lots of heavy packages so be prepared to have someone to help load your flat pack kitchen onto your trailer or not to your ute. Great value kitchens without the hefty price tags even if you do put it together yourself. It's worth the saving.
Good price but the most terrible customer service i've seen in NZ. Order some cabinets at 12 Feb 2021. Three of them are out of stock and sales promise will come in one or two weeks. Now they have been delayed to 31 May! Make hundred calls to them no one reply. Email them no one reply. Leave message at their website no one reply. Come to their office twice, staff there say need to confirm shipment and reply later, but no one follow it ever! Be aware of the fact that they wont help you solve any issue if you met!
Great service, incredible price and outstanding quality! The staff helped me putting together a plan for my kitchen to fit my budget. The cabinets are excellent. My kitchen looks gorgeous and my bank account is not terribly hurt. Recommend!

TERRIBLE KITCHEN COMPANY. NO FULL COLOUR WRAP ON END PANELS WHICH MEANS THE WHITE BACKING SHOWS WHEN PLACED NEXT TO CHARCOAL CABINETS AND KICK PLATES. I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THIS DURING PURCHASE. I WAS TOLD TO PU FOIL WRAP ON THE END PLATES AS A SOLUTION. ALSO THE MATT FINISH ON CABINETS LEAVES MARKS AND SCRACTHES AND THEY WONT HELP ME IN ANY WAY TO SWAP CABINETS AND SIMPLY SAY THEY CAN'T HELP. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. THEY HAVE HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
