Buying my first car from this place was the biggest mistake of my life. First day taking it home and I had issues with a lot of things already, it has been nearly 3 months since I bought my car and still have a lot of problems. Not happy with the customer service at all or the quality of the vehicle, I would highly recommend nobody buys from this place, wasted so much of my time also.

I must commend our sales person, Rovi. He has been very patient from the start. I was a first time car buyer and was under a lot of stress finding the right car.. He helped us by going the extra mile, making us understand what would be best for our suited budget. He was customer eccentric and his main goal was to make sure he finds something suited to my liking. He has exceptional salesman quality. Wasn't too pushy. I bought a car two months ago. That day I settled on a Toyota Ractis, but four tyres were too old to drive. The sales promised me that he will change 4 new tyres for me if I buy this car. I believed to him and paid full money immediately. But next day when I pick up the car, I find that the 4 tyres are original old ones, he didn’t change it at all. What’s more, he thought I couldn’t tell the difference and lied to me that the tyres had been changed to new one. What a stupid lie! Very bad buying experience! Don’t buy any car from Kiwi Cheap Car!
