We contacted Kiwi House Inspections for a building report and within 30 minutes, Rakesh contacted me to make an appointment. Rakesh was able to book me in at short notice. He was super thorough with his inspection and offered some good tips to fix up some areas of the house. He presented us with a thorough and well-presented report that was easy to understand. I will definitely be contacting Rakesh for future building inspections and I definitely recommend him for your next property!

We ordered building inspection for house to purchase. Mr. Rakesh Sethi was punctual and has extensive knowledge in his field. He conducted inspection in professional manner explaining what’s wrong and what should it be. Building inspection report comes with detailed analysis. Because of him we didn’t bought first property as it was not that good as what we wanted and we bought another one after getting it’s inspection done.
