I contacted a competitor security company to replace our current alarm system. They would only replace with a monitoring system package and then reluctantly quoted me an exorbitant amount for an alarm only. I consequently contacted Kiwi Security . Amazingly they were able to get a technician to our home within half an hour. We were given a variety of options and the job was completed quickly with great communication . Their technician was outstanding. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Amazing experience- We had a break-in a couple of weeks ago at our property in Howick and my wife and kids were terrified with the incident that afternoon and have decided to get some sort of security at out property. I have called some providers but KiwiSecurity responded quickly and have even arranged to send a consultant the same evening and have planned to install CCTV and alarm system in our home and after finalising the latter, the work was completed the very next day by super helpful and friendly staff as they were patient and helpful to explain the operation of both the CCTV and alsrm systems. We had a break-in a couple of days ago and the alarm went off that night and the guard was dispatched that night after the activation and we could see the footage from the CCTV instantly and found the culprits. I would say now that our whole family can sleep peacefully and can go on a holiday with peace of mind. Thank you for the whole team from the whole family.

The Kiwi Security team were great to deal with! Nik initially provided us with a competitive quotation to upgrade our older security system. Unfortunately, at the time, we couldn’t proceed with the installation of the new upgraded system, due to our personal circumstances. When we were in a better financial position and ready to have our system upgraded, we contacted Nik once again. He was more than happy to honour the price he had quoted, and booked us in to have the work carried out. At a later date, Nik and his team assisted us again with the relocation of our initial security system, to replace a much older failing unit. Once again, Nik was happy to honour the price which he had initially quoted for this job. If and when we require further work done or need assistance with our security system in the future, we will only be contacting one company.
