Beautiful, fresh snapper and terakihi. Perfect chippies. Staff were very friendly and helpful, didn't bat an eye that we wanted 8 individual packets with different extra treats. Short walk to the beach made a perfect team lunch. Yum!

Pretty good fish and chips, but the portions seemed smaller than other fish and chips shops that I have visited in the area. The chips were not as crispy as many other places. It is busy, so the “locals” must like it a lot! They have fresh fish available for purchase if you want to cook it at home yourself. Good prices, too

I waited 50 minutes this evening (Friday) for 2 fish and one serving of chips, very poor for fast food. Staff were friendly and good quality food. Advice: Please invest in another fryer and chef to cope with demand.

Fresh fish. Golden crispy breadcrumbs. Soft, Tender juicy sweet succulent fish in each bite. Scan Covid19 tracker Level 2 @ shop entrance. only 1 pax inside shop & do Q with 1 meter outside. No paywave due to bank charges. Call in advance as it gets busy busy in evening. Good fish & chip

Best fish n chips shop in New Zealand hands down. Very friendly staff as well which is a massive bonus! If you are a foodie you must check this place out :) very busy though so you definitely need to ring an hour ahead

This is the best fish and chips in the Eastern Bays. The fish is always fresh, the chips are excellent. A good range of other fried delights are available. Staff are friendly, great local vibe. Best to call first to order, particularly on Fridays.

Very good fish and chips. This was our first time going here and it was absolutely chocka block with people for a Tuesday night. It was a 40 minute wait due to being so popular so I recommend ringing well ahead of time and making a phone order.
