They gave me a free donut so I must write a good review. They are well organised and donuts look better here presented than other branches. Awesome location next to teasoon. Only worry is my calorie intake haha Service: 5/5

Store is so accessible located at Westfield Mall and that's near Newmarket station. Fresh donuts and drinks while beating the traffic!

Nice little stand to stop and get a coffee or doughnut. Affordable and tasty always. Only downside is limited seating aside from that is a nice place to stop by.

I was promised free donuts for having my birthday in isolation. I was so excited to go get them and even more excited when I SAW THERE WERE PLENTY OF ORIGINAL GLAZED DONUTS!! But I quickly became very upset when the lady working there told me there were none left and I was quite confused. She was very rude to me (and I'm only 14 years old so I didn't know what to say or do so I just walked away) it was even worse that before me in line was a little girl also trying to get her free donuts and she was also not given her donuts(which there were clearly heaps of left). Overall I was very upset with the service provided and annoyed by the false advertising.

Good donuts, friendly service! No complaints. Tried a couple donuts and the original glazed was great in comparison to other Krispy Kreme stores. Others are too sweet - to the point of being overwhelming. Here it is just right!

Positive experience for me. Unsure what the other negative reviews saw that I didn’t. Exactly what I expected from a small stall within a mall - Friendly staff, helpful when I asked a question about the Kreme shakes (which are delicious!) and the line moved relatively quickly considering this is the first weekend it was open.

Staff are poorly trained doughnuts sitting in direct sunlight melting away. 20 min wait for a shake perhaps a course on customer service and hygiene
