We got ours in 2008, for Cooks Beach in the Coromandel. The wind can be so strong there, it been through thunder storms, cyclones and it just sits there rocking away. Only a couple of times did we have to lower it, and once put it away. Sadly the canopy, has worn with the sun over 12 years.. my husband worked it out to 58 year, today we gave it a birthday and got a new cover. No complaints with this product they are great
Avoid these absolute RIP OFF artists! Gene (owner) runs apparently "Kwik-N-Ezy" canopies but far from it, slipping in compulsory delivery charges double the canopy cost (190 180 local delivery GST) as he doesn't trust his customers! Better businesses out there so don't get fooled by this shady businessman
