I purchased a property from Oceania and I rang up for some information, the receptionist is so lovely and talk with good manner after she put me through to the office staff Christine who is incredibly rude, impatient and not helpful. I asked if I could make an appointment with management staff to discuss some issue, she said no way. Then she said she is too busy to talk to me. she is incredibly impatient and rude. Then she told me that the retirement village will be a very messy construction site soon. Maybe staff training could be implemented. It is very poor reflection of the customer service for retirement village. It doesn't excuse the way how she talks to people no matter what the matter is.

Rest Home staff caring, attentive and professional. Assisted Living excellent too. Kowhai Hospital staff - some inattentive, bossy and disrespectful to the residents. Shame on the few that act like this!
