These guys are amazing. Had a Lexus certified Toyota branch do some work on my car and they completely botched it. Worth the trip to come to Auckland. Tim, Jimmy and the team really looked after me, and work on the car is perfect now.

Terrible service. We walked in and some salesman walked past us uttering some words out of his mouth, no help at all offered

Great customer service, I've been here only to get my car serviced and wof done. Very professional and you can count on them for a job well done.

Needed a service groom but I guess with water restrictions they could've at least wiped it, vacuumed it and tyre shine. Reception customer service was excellent as what I'd expect from lexus. Service department maybe small misunderstanding. I am one of those fussy customers, I had requested the the service sticker to be put under the wof sticker but instead it was put on a very bad angle and above wof sticker. Service book was basically just thrown into the glove box(not put back to where it was exactly). Small things makes a difference. If something is requested I think it should be at least carried out if it wasn't something too hard. Will be back next year for the service hopefully it will be a much better experience.

I've used a fair few amount of service centres over the years and these guys are a mystery. Firstly they wouldn't agree on the cost of the service for my car. Even when I finally got a price from them, they changed their story upon dropping my car off. I was told, "it'll roughly cost that, depends on what we do to the car". What does that mean? I had listed what was expected from the service (and they agreed) but they seem to think they can do anything they please to the car then invoice you for it. This is illegal. When I had arranged to book the car for service about 3 weeks a head of time, we agreed that I'd get the car back by lunch time, hence I dropped my car off at 7am. As expected, come 4pm, car is not ready. I was told "yea might be, not sure what's being done". Final straw for me was they hadn't done the diagnoses I had requested, this was the primary reason for bringing my car to Lexus. Instead the service manager "whispered" down the phone about how my breaking system uses a mixture of water and nitrogen to power the breaks blah blah. What the hell was that about? These guys are nearly as bad as Subaru service centres (they tend to lie about repairs). I would NOT recommend taking your to these clowns, go see Toyota in Albany, least they are honest. Oh and no loan car? Pitiful
