This company is a credit to New Zealand. They go out of their way to provide incredible service. Our fire was giving us trouble after having been away for six months, I could not get it to switch on. It was a cold SUNDAY evening when I submitted a question to the Living Flame website. Low and behold within two minutes I received a phone call from Paul, whom I believe is the CEO, he had me up and running immediately and I was pleased to then book in for a service which has now been done. A GREAT experience and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Superb effort guys...
