Inefficient system. Should be able to make appointments! Thought I was being clever coming into the clinic earlier to put our name down, was told to return in 2.5 hours. Returned 2.5 hours later AND STILL HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS. What's the point in wasting every ones time and keeping sick people in a confined space for so long?! Should be able to rely on the receptionist word. Terrible. Make some improvements already.

Service poor today. I have waited 5 hours. From 11.30 till 2.15pm having seen a Nurse till 4.00pm being subject to a 1st year med student and left hanging till 4.30pm. Need to register an ACC incident and still no better off.What has our health care come to. Not happy, feeling like crazy and still have to wait.

Excellent practice. I came in early. Staff was efficient and friendly despite large numbers of patients. Dr. Jesani is exceptional. Excellent communication, friendly, professional and skilled at his job. Thank you guys!

Receptionist looks like want rip off extra money..First she said its 20.00 charge and I came 915am..on wed..then I ask why 20.00 then she said oh sorry its 15.00.And I'm cming here from last 15yrs This is second time now. They need more training...Last time I went to same health centre around 4pm they were charging me 20.00 also, I asked why 20.00 she said u came 6pm..after 6pm we charge 20.00 I said I came over 4pm then she said sorry..its 15.00..at last..HOPE RECEPTIONIST ARE FULLY TRAINED.THEY DID TO ME LIKE THEY MUST BE RIPPING SOO MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

3 HOURS WAIT FOR NOTHING!!! Waited 3 hours for a doctor then I asked how much longer it would be, I got told the doctor went on her break instead. I know doctors have breaks too but it should have been more organized so a patient did not have to wait possibly 4 hours. Went home instead.

Okay the doctor and nurse is very helpful but the waiting should not be no longer than an hour so waiting for two hours is too long and when I do get called out I'm only in there for 5 minutes then I'm out I think they need to look into this thanks have a great day

The wait 2.5 hours. Once after all the waiting the appointment comes which has a normal 20 fee the doctor saw me for less than a minute in a different room without the equipment to check. It is also a fraudulent system where doctors advise patients that the prescription will be sent to local unichem pharmacy without printing it. The pharmacy charged 26 for prescription which would have been free at any chemist warehouse or any other pharmacy. I was told one of the medication is not subsidised hence there is a charge and only found out that 5 was charged for each of the subsidised ones too.
