First visit today. Greeted by Mary the medical receptionist. The most polite MR I have ever had since past 8 years in NZ. Dr Wenda Cui has attended to us and advised accordingly. And the nurse that attended to us was amazing too. (sorry I forgot your name). We are so greatful to be referred to this centre. Thanks for doing an amazing job.

Small but a great place for a regular health issues. Staff is very warm and hospitable. The only can be challenging is that they do not have advance appointment booking option but you have to visit the center and book the appointment. And you might have to wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on number of patients and number of doctors on duty. But one thing is good is they do consider emergency cases and give them priority if needed.

Do not use this doctors if you have sick newborns. First visit taking our newborn for first vaccinations. The whole procedure from start to finish took nearly 3 hours, I understand he wasn't a sick patent, but to be in a clinic for that period of time with no immune system is terrible. That said mum and dad did get sick the following day. Today went in as our baby is sick, probably from contracting this from us. There doesn't seem to be a priority for new born babies at this clinic. There were 3 babies in there today, all waiting just as long, which I find very disturbing as everybody there is sick and less than 20% of patients wear face masks, also no sanitiser to be seen. I strongly suggest the managers of this branch do some serious training when it comes to newborns with there staff, again today in there for nearly 3 hours. Thank God you have good nurses and doctors. Very very disappointed and we will be changing clinics after today.

Hold your breath when you enter in this clinic. It is absolutely disgusting with bad smell and very stuffy in consulting rooms. The place is supposed to be providing health care but instead you go there to get more sickness. Doesn't the doctors themselves care about poor and filthy condition?. Does the council ever check these places?

Glen Innes Health Care Center has the worst Standards and System in place, there's more admins doing one person's job than there is docters, you'll be dead from waiting 3-4hrs in the waiting room for a 5min consultation and follow up with your GP, the communication follow up from the patient to reception to GP and back is dreadful the client is doing more reception work than the actual people paid to do the job. You never see the GP you specifically requested and you get told 4 different information from different admins, you don't know when, what, how and who?. Better off paying 35 at White Cross for a 20mins in total visit. Since the mid 2000 ETHC standards and quality of service has dropped, all the great staff and the great reputation gone.

When to see a doctor on Saturday 22 August, I was given a medication that I did not want it! and the doctor still prescribed to me. I didn't take it and put it in the rubbish. Thanks foe nothing and wasting my time.
