Receptionist was very rude. Why work there if your going to send people away instead of helping them. First time I went the lady at the desk told me they were closing and they couldn't take in one more patient but when I got there she let another lady see a doctor. Not only that she also told me I wasn't enrolled but the day before I enrolled. Absolutely disgusted, she needs to be fired. Shes lucky I don't know her name cause I feel like calling her boss.

The Management really needs to train its receptionists in every branch. The receptionist lacks customer service skills. Probably didn't smile ever. The receptionist gave a ugly stare when I accidentally knocked off a tiny sign plate on the top of the counter even when I apologized. She was very welcoming. The ONLY doctor have 15 minutes time and don't have time to listen as other patients are waitibg. I came back without getting treated fully for my health problem.

worst place to go, i would never recommend anyone to go there, they have mucked up my daughters medical and wasted 3 months of her time running after her medical. they don't know what they doing.

Receptionist are always rude, and when you ask to see GP because your sick, they ask for you to go home and book appointment. no good

Worst medical centre i have being through.. Waiting for hours and hours having short of breath and asthma but no care at all. There are so many patience waiting on the line and having only one doctor. This centre needs some attention by government of such a poor quality of service being provided.
