Absolutely rude staff. My mother was shopping when she asked a staff member Mandeep about product that was out of stock. She asked if they can see if other branches have them in stock when Mandeep rudely responded "I told you we don't have it" When she went to the checkout he was serving her rudely with an attitude again that she at to take her purchase to another counter where another staff member apologized and she could straight away tell her St Lukes store had the product. While Mandeep said no where in Auckland has it. There was no misunderstanding mandeep was just being absolutely rude. My mother has anxiety and this happened at 10.30am that ruined her entire day because of this jerk! She had to come home from work early because of this incident. Definitely not gonna let this off easily!

They also have house wear products and Christmas decorations. Everything is reasonably price and ample parking our side the team a very knowledgeable and helpful.
