It's tough out there... yes it is. But when you are in consultancy business you should keep an eye how resources are doing on site. I had a worst ever experience when it came to team members. HR has all the feedback happy to share again. But I'm grateful of my manager he was amazing no doubt. These 3 star is just because of my manager.

The Scrum Master Certified course in Auckland was a great introduction to Agile and the different approaches. This course was good as it looks at SCRUM within a project context as well as scaled across the organisation. It filled in some knowledge gaps and I passed the certification within a week of the course.

No need to get defensive, I gave you specific feedback,as I attended an interview with your mediocre company, so focus on improving yourselves.I already have a job so don't need your goodluck wishes. Update I gave you 1 star because your interview process was poor.I have given other places 5 or 4 stars based on them being good or great so your claims are false. A few points of feedback: 1)Recruiter late for interview that they organised with me 2)Recruiter I dealt with did not respond to follow up emails I sent them very poor and unprofessional. 3) I get a call for another interview at the same time as another interview they had organised meaning there would be a clash,also impossible for me to be in two places at once.Looks like the recruiters are unco-ordinated 4)Person from their company interviewing me did not take any notes perhaps they have photographic memory to recall what I said even though they mentioned they would be interviewing other candidates..
