I have been in this clinic several times over last 7 yrs, recently for a complete ankle replacement. Overall I have found there is nothing to complain about except for the plaster dpt. I have had to return 3 separate times to get refitted due to ill fitting and pain. The last one was removed 4 weeks ago and still suffering pain and numbness. I had to use steel cutters to cut the ends until I got back to clinic..

On Wednesday afternoon around 3pm I have visited the manukau super clinic as I head a quiet strong heat rush appearing on my body combined with a very bad period pain, which I get from time to time but actually this was the first time I visited a doctor as I was feeling very unwell. I was positively surprised how amazing service I have received from every member of the staff who dealt with me (receptionist, nurse and doctor). All of them were very compationat with me, which is surprising as they are human being as all of us, they are not paid well and they deal with so many people on daily basis that it is actually surprising how they can still remain calm and patient with us. Especially if we consider the fact that most probably in manukau the number of people visiting them on every day is huge and most probably not very pleasant as we can be grumpy when in pain. I don’t remember the names of neither the nurse nor the doctor even though they introduced themselves to me straightaway. I was in pain and I think I didn’t pay attention. I just wanted to say thank you to all of them and especially to the nurse who was taking care of me, she was so nice to me but as I was really in much pain I don’t remember if I said Thank you to her. Just wanted to let the clinic management know that their employees are credit to this clinic. Thank you very much!

I was here recently for an ophthalmology appointment. The doctor was so rough with my face to the point I was in pain and screeched because he was pressing my eye area so hard and talk about rushed! . Bearly anything was explained all I got was a quick run down a prescription and a "ill see you in 4 months" I appreciate that the clinic was busy but that should not compromise quality of care. I have never considered private healthcare so much more then on that day.

I have been there 3 times for appointment with obestrician. Every time my obestrician was changed. But I met with heena lakhdhir, she was very good specialist. She took my pregnancy itching and rashes very seriously and prescribed me medicines which gave me relief. I liked her very much the way she being concerned about my worsened symptoms about hormonal body changes specially skin.I would highly recommend her.

The receptionist who are at surgery department need to be treat every one same as nice !should not show the mean face and bad attitude !today Very disappoint We went there about 9am 9/3/21 ! Hopefully can see any improvement in the future ! Thanks
