It is awesome place to buy car parts. They have a lot of variety. I strongly recommend this place to buy vehicle parts. Price is also very very reasonable with best customer service.

Useless, lack in basic car part knowledge. Didn't call me back, and when I finally chased him up he instantly said " We don't have that".... Nice. Hire people that actually give a damn about their job and looking after the customer rather than being worried about whats for lunch. Would give them a zero if I could. Useless.

Purchased an expensive item off them. Item was faulty. Item was sold with warranty. They refuse to refund. Even tho I meet all he warranty criteria. Dishonest, and untrustworthy. Save your money, time, and effort, shop elsewhere.

Unprofessional, evasive, procrastinating and untruthful. Manager stated goods posted from "another branch" but this was 9 days after payment. Parcel never arrived. No track and trace number recorded by the company. After a month manager stated he would refund money but this never happened. Manager refused to respond to emails or telephone calls. Legal action pending.
