Conservative Critic

Did an online delivery booking for my dads birthday, easy process. I received a txt message that they will notify me when it ships but never received until I contacted them and they confirmed it had been successfully delivered. I had ordered the cyclamen plant as it looked very beautiful in the photos aswell the description. However when I received it in person they looked nothing like the photos and nothing like it had been described. So I contacted them via messenger so they can give me some professional knowledge but they’ve just placed my message on seen. This is my first order from Matan :)

Awesome to deal with. Driving point a to b and in between they had sorted delivery of rose bouquet to my partner within a short time. Fantastic. The ladies are so good to deal with. Highly recommend

Went there for wedding flower booking and the owner told me to come back next week so she can prepare the flower that I want and have a further discussion. So we visited there the next week and the owner was not even there and the flower was not even in season. The other lady was keep asking us to look another flower which I didn’t want. I would never go back this place.
