Best Maccas I've ever been too. Food was great. And...... the restaurant was actually clean

Long hair in my burger. They gave me a refund and said sorry... but every time i think about it i felt like vomiting. I had eaten half of the burger before disovering it. The hair was like a foot long.... :-( ....i know these things can happen but when it does and your a multi billion dollar a year profit company i think they could do better than a refund.
