Mermaids is my absolute first and only choice when it comes to health and beauty. I’ve been coming to Mermaids for over 5 years and I’ve never needed to go anywhere else. Nadia and Behnaz are extremely talented and professional therapists who go the extra mile for all their clients. I have particularly challenging eyebrows to maintain and these ladies work wonders on me! It just takes one treatment here for you to see just how much these ladies care about their clients. My appointments are always perfectly booked, I’ve never had any mix ups in the 5 years I’ve been coming to Mermaids. The clinic is always extremely clean and well presented, and the location is ideal - there is a lot of street parking available and an off-street client park too. The prices are super reasonable too. If you want to see a therapist who has exceptional attention to detail, is meticulous in all their treatments and hygiene, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable... then Mermaids is the perfect choice! 10 stars from me if I could!

WOW!!! What can you say but....Absolutely, without a doubt, outstanding service!!! The experience Nadia and Behnaz create in their wonderful establishment is phenomenal. You walk away feeling and looking a million dollars!!! I have them to thank for my amazing eyebrows that everyone always positively comments on and the facials are to ‘die’ for. They have been looking after me for 4 years and I would not trade them for anyone else. I wanted microblading for a long time because my eyebrows were destroyed from many years of overplucking. I did my research and this seemed like the best place. I wasn't disappointed!! Not the cheapest but well worth it if you want the best!! So happy with my brows, I highly recommend if you want amazing perfect brows that perfectly suit your face!

I spent a lot of time researching places to do my eyebrows, and settled on using Mermaid health and beauty after my first consultation. I was really nervous, but it was evident during the consultation that I was comfortable, and she was very pedantic about her work. She cost a bit more than other places I had been looking at, but at the end of the day... That's your face! And you want it done to perfection. The first appointment was months later (at my own request) and I was so nervous about it, I nearly canceled. However, the appointment was no where as painful as I had anticipated. And I was really put at ease. I was often being checked on to make sure I wasn't feeling pain, and comfortable with everything. It took nearly 1.5 hours just to get my mapping done, which just goes to show how much time it takes to really get your eyebrows to perfection! I'm really happy with my brows and my decision to use mermaid health. So much so that I have gone back to have different treatments done. This will be my first stop for any beauty needs I may have.
