Great service! Fast delivery (posted to Australia). Fantastic communication. I ordered the kit for a piece of mind as I have a toddler and suspected this house had users in it before us. Tests showed contamination however low one. I contacted the company and was told on what steps to take next. Thanks joe for your help and care!
After discovering our rental property was lightly contaminated from previous tenants smoking P, we used their DIY test kits while cleaning the property ourselves. They could not have been more helpful showing us how to use the kits when I picked up our first set, and were very cost-effective when it came to doing the final lab tests. More than happy to recommend to others.
