Incredible service, these guys are experts in all things Land Rover and did such a good job with our Discovery 3. They helped us out with a courtesy car whilst ours was being looked at, and after doing such a thorough job they helped get the price down on parts for us. Could not recommend them enough, great customer service and really nice guys.

Not sure about some of the lesser reviews posted, but these guys are nothing but 5 star. Came in with a few issues and they went above and beyond to resolve it and have us out the door. They provided a courtesy car, options for our budget and got our price down whilst making sure the job was thorough and complete. Many thanks to Rob and the team, if you're in Auckland this is the mechanic for you.

Robert supplied genuine land rover parts for my 2001 discovery td5, they turned up on time and i got the best price out of all the parts suppliers in NZ. I was also short on time and he was able to fit my vehicle into there workshop with only a days notice and complete the repair to a very high standard. my vehicle also had a rattle noise that 2 other workshops could not find, he identified the problem and explained the solutions to fix. this is the place to go if you want your Land Rover fixed to a high standard at a reasonable price. The mark of a good company is how they handle problems that are beyond their control. Robert & Chris went above and beyond to do all they could to help me when two of their suppliers let them down, they didn't shirk responsibility but just worked through the options with me and ensured I was looked after to the best of their ability. Emailed about availability of a rear door for a 75 Tourer. Never got a reply. Two weeks, while I am in Auckland I call in to ask same question. Person I spoke to remembered email. If you can't answer a simple question, like that, how do you expect to stay in business. Slack attitude. Not impressed at all. Previous word-of-mouth comments given to me by other Rover owners still apply. I will not be recommending you to any Rover person I know.
This place would be one of the most honest mechanical assessment an repair companies on the west auckland side .The service , customer care , after hour help , honesty an guaranty is beyond words an good to know that there is some one you can trust with your mechanical problems .
