Love this Michael Hill branch. The staff are very helpful and friendly but not pushy like other places. They take their time and never make you feel that you have rush your decision. The store offers great deals too!

Highly recommend Michael Hill Northwest to all. Corey certainly knows what he's talking about and took great care in explaining diamond cut, clarity and colour amongst other comparisons to my accompanying friend and I, expert advice. Gigi (Geraldine) was an absolute superstar in showing us the ring I had secretly chosen for my now fiancée, sorting the right size which since fit perfectly and arranging our purchase that Corey kindly finalised for us. My fiancée receives endless compliments on her ring! This phenomenal team was an integral part in making our dreams come true. We can't thank you enough!

Staff is so judgemental and rude except for two.... They stare at people with disgust I'm their face especially the dark headed girl with very light skin..... Will only ever buy from two of their staff

We walked through NorthWest Mall today but noticed that Michael Hill Jewellers were not open until 22/5. We really missed seeing you open with the rest of the stores. Corey, Donna , Gigi and others have provided us with top service whenever we have been there and we hope you all return soon. The mall is not the same without your store being open. Come back soon :))

I will never return to a Michael Hill jeweler again! I tried to get some rings resized awhile back from my grandmother who had passed away, but they have no idea what they are doing. These rings were precious to me. I only needed then adjusted by half a size so they would fit me comfortably. Firstly, they resized them so small I couldn't fit them on any of my fingers so they sent them back to be resized again. They then made the rings back to their original size but now the gold band was bend out of shape and thinned. They then said this is how they are supposed to be and wouldn't own their mistake. Their said my only option was to resize them again. At this point I didn't trust them with my antique rings and took them elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone trust them with any jewelry that is precious. Very sad outcome.
