Online it said they closed at 5:30. I rushed home from work and arrived at 5:10 and their doors were closed. So I went to Fifth avenue next door and bought there instead. They effectively lost a 3000 sale

Really great customer service and impressive retial display. Michael Hill is my wife's favourite place to shop for jewllery and fashion accessories. There is alway new product showcase here along with promotional deals!

Bad experience, staff will try to use tricks to sell. They expect you will not complain if product is not what you asked. Glenfield mall is a much better location if you want a great customer service and want to leave the store without a feeling that you have been robbed.
