Hi People, Just did a premium service also told them that my wheel bearing is starting making noise. So they have done service and telling me that my engine mount is gone and need to be fixed with alternator because it is undercharging. With alternator fix, it would cost me 1500, without 900. I told her that I cannot offer to spend 1500, so lets fix everything excluding alternator. In report it says voltage is 12.74V at idle. Going home, took my voltmeter, engine turn off, battery 12.9V, start up engine, idle 13.9V - so absolutely fine. Only reason why I have checked that, when the lady told me about alternator she had this weird face and my wife told me there is something a bit dodgy about her. You have to love my wife, she was right! Overall, general service is OK, but be ready for lies and up-sell. Which is common everywhere right? Will not go there again, unless they apologize me. *05/02/2020 I forget to mention, that when I told her, I don't want to repair my alternator, she used scare tactic, telling me that I can end up stuck somewhere and it will cost me even more, because I have to call tow truck. They also send me email today, offering free diagnostic. I am not going used that as it is waste of my time and theirs. It is just an joke. I will not be using them again, better to find stand alone garage with honest reviews and to chain which tries to up sell you. FYI: I have checked alternator again today and still good.

Fine with the work they did. However, they charged me extra for the fluids they provided in comparison to say repco/supercheap. You're better than that Nathan...

Terrible customer service. Never kept me updated at all regarding my car's status. Went ahead and swapped a few parts (E,g Wipers, filters) Without my notice. Wasn't even going to explain what was wrong or willing to explain what they did to my car before proceeding to payment. I had to call to get updates, and when I mentioned swapping parts on my car without my notice, the guy said: "Not a problem, I can put your dirty filters and wipers back onto your car". Never experienced lousy customer service to this level, will never come back or recommend Midas MT EDEN to anyone.
