Promised that I would have my ectopic tisue returned to me as I signed the form only to find out now that no tissue will be given to me because it was used in all the tests. I was told i would only receive a letter. How do you bury a letter??! I am so angry and upset its beyond words!!! MMH is a bloody disgrace to healhcare!
