We were looking for a martial art for our son to do to help build his confidence, focus and to learn a life long skill. We found Mile High Karate based on North Shore in Auckland taught by Paul Bryant and his team of talented instructors. Our son has been at Mile High Karate North Shore for close to five years now and we have seen significant improvement in his confidence and focus, especially around his school work. He also has a passion for martial arts now which will carry through to his adulthood. We highly recommend Mile High Karate North Shore for anyone or family who wants to learn a life long skill but also improve their focus, confidence, concentration, fitness and wellbeing. There are a variety of classes to choose from depending on your entry level with flexible hours.

I have found since my boys started at Mile High Karate their self-confidence, discipline and eagerness to try new things has greatly improved. The instructors are very friendly and genuinely care about the children and are more then happy to talk after class about any school or home issues that may need to be addressed. I fully recommend for both boys and girls of all ages to give it a go!
Mile High Karate has helped to define our family values outside of the home. They have helped my kids to understand discipline and self-discipline better, as they now ask us what they can do around the house to help, instead of us asking more than once. Many thanks
