Worst wait time of ANY business I have experienced in 39 years. “Due to high volume, your expected wait time is greater than 59 minutes”. Why??? Oh and guess what, it starts over if the rep has to transfer you to another department or someone else. Stay away from this business based upon this aspect alone. I’ll gladly pay more somewhere else just for better service.
