Lovely looking Cafe. Staff were very friendly however my visit didn't pan out particularly well. My group of 6 waited over 20 minutes for our to go drinks... Unfortunately to top this off 2 of the drinks were incorrect. I understand delays can happen but I would expect this could be rectified by just communicating the situation with customers. Not exactly sure what happened here but I am sure they are capable of better.

Had the pleasure of visiting Mink Cafe just the other day and it exceeded expectations. I am vegan, and the cafe catered so well. There are options on the menu, but I didn't feel like any of them so I asked to see if the chef could do something else for me. Well, let me say - I had the most glorious meal. The chef kindly prepared the most delicious vegan corn fritter - not the one on the menu FYI. I had to check with the chef if it really was vegan because it was that good, and it was! As for the service, that was also pretty prompt. The waitress was really helpful but also very efficient. It was a pretty big table of us with a lot of adjustments to meals but she handled it so well. Overall 10/10, I would definitely come back here. Atmosphere and workers are awesome.
Enjoyed my brunch at the cafe's lovely outdoor seating. Pancakes were fluffy!! The staff was attentive and friendly even though the cafe seemed busy. Definitely recommend a visit!

Terrible experience. So many things went wrong today. We arrived at the place at 11AM. - Had to wait 30 minutes for the table to be wiped and for us to even look at the menu. We get the first look at the menu at 11:30AM. - When we ordered coffee, waitress did not ask if we needed a small, regular or large cup. - Cappuccino arrived as Latte. - When we wanted to order our food, hollandaise sauce and the fish taco aren't available. It's not even lunch time yet! - We ordered brisket sandwich, but served pulled beef that tasted awful instead. - When I ordered for a second cup of coffee at the bar, it did not get served. - When we went to pay our bills separately, the waiter wrongly charged us extra for something we have already paid for. - Customer service wasn't great at all. It's not even a busy day and every single one of us on the tablet had to try to make eye contact with the waiters to get their attention. Bad bad experience, I do not recommend this restaurant.
I ordered a simple breakfast that was well presented with a good portion. Crisp bacon and soft poached eggs, something so simple is oft lacking in execution. In this case the chef executed flawlessly. The service is friendly, attentive but not intrusive. My Complements to the team. To make this great for me would have been a side of relish as I rather enjoy a touch of sweet with my savory. All in all good experience would recommend.
After reading all the great reviews I was quite surprised to find the cafe quite quiet at 11am on a Saturday morning. This cafe is great, from the service to the food. We both got the big breakfast which was delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly and they’d even put something extra in the baked beans - so good! We will definitely be coming back.
