I always enjoy going into Mitre 10 Mega, especially at Albany. It has staff whom are very kind and helpful, and a good work system. It exceeds my expectations every time, and outdoes many of its competitors. I can find everything I need at a reasonable price at Mitre 10 mega. 10/10 :)

Couldn't wait for Whangarei mitre 10 to have stock so I shot down to Albany for the Nexus escape inverter by EGO. It ran my tv that had a 100watt draw!
I went in looking for a key safe for my batch that I had seen online. I couldn't find it. One of the busy staff passed me and said good morning. He then looked back and said, you look like you are looking for something in particular? I told him what I was looking for and he used his phone to identify the product and where it was stored. The product didn't do exactly what I wanted it to and he helped me find the right one with a built in light. All this with a smile when he was obviously busy. Great range, huge store, excellent service. What more can you ask for!
Not one to normally do reviews but had a lovely checkout operator, Holly, help me out in the weekend and think I heard her say Valerie for the other young lady in checkout with her. Absolutely lovely girls with the kind of personality you want serving you at checkouts! Will definitely be back!!
There is something for everyone at this place. Products are well looked after and the shop is kept in good condition. A few more people at check out might be good given a line can form quickly and take a while to get to the front. Garden section is great and the staff seem to know what they are talking about.
Always a pleasure going into this store. We have always found what we were looking for at a very competitive price. Staff are friendly, helpful and the store is very clean and tidy. Love the Garden Centre lots of plants to choose from and if you so wish you can sit down relax and have a coffee and something to eat. A great variety of delicious food.
It actually made me laugh that most seasonal staff knows more about their products and how to fix them comparing to the management itself. Saw a manager literally walking away from another customer yesterday, choosing not to deal with the problem, insisted a refund and ran away. It’s easy to walk around all day with the stick up your bottom, avoiding fixing any damaged product when you have got Zero knowledge about the chair that you're selling. The fact that you guys would do this in front of everyone was just amazing!!!!!!! I had a great time watching it tho, hope that customer got her chair fixed
