I live all the way out in Maraetai and I still travel to Mt Eden to see Dr. Sara Ralph. She is so empathetic and understanding and I have yet to find a doctor I am as comfortable with. Thanks so much!

Facilities are always clean, comfy waiting room with separate area for kids, and the ladies at reception are very switched on and friendly. The price is higher than other doctors i've been to but it's well worth it for the service and they do have payment options if you desperately need it.

You know, I was looking up a place for my girlfriend since she's ill herself at the moment. After reading the reviews, I don't even need to go there to come to the conclusion: They are obviously NOT discreet. As they are going onto this public forum to tell people whether or not they have on record that they have been to their clinic. Which makes no sense, considering that these are usernames, not real names. Just because their username sounds like a real name, doesn't make it so. Simply put, they outed themselves for not being discreet. Secondly, I think it painfully obvious that the people at the clinic had put their own 5 star "reviews" as to raise the number of 5 stars on this listing. Did I also mention, these reviews have absolutely no comments? Just by looking at the review section, you can tell that these people are all that the negative reviews say they are. I wouldn't come here to be treated for a stubbed toe.

This review relates to Dr Julie Taylor. I saw her once, on recommendation, and still months later feel so aggrieved by her behaviour that I am writing this review. Dr Taylor seems to conform to the paternalistic 'Doctor knows best' dogma, rather than a collaborative approach. The appointment consisted of me suggesting/requesting medication that had worked for me before, only to be told that 'studies don't prove that', or 'I don't know anything about that'. The icing on the cake was her performance of an painful, undignified screening test (which I have had many times before without pain or loss of dignity), the results of which were inconclusive as the test hadn't been performed adequately. Dr Taylor then had the audacity to telephone and blame me (or more specifically, my body) for the inconclusive result. Worst doctor's appointment ever.

Poor service. Waited 50 minutes beyond my appointment time with no comment on that they were running late or no mention that they were behind when I checked in.

Really really poor service. Waited over an hour past my appointment time. No call to notify me or appologies. No value what so ever for patients time.
