Had my wisdom tooth taken out and I should say it was one of the best experiences I ever had. The dentist is so gentle and shows a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended.

My wife recommended me to fix my teeth with this dentist, because they were very helpful and show professionalism. That is not the case with me. I was told that because of covid, there will be a delay of fixing my teeth of about 3 months plus backlog they have with other people. So this was from November of last year 2020 to February 2021. When February came, they told me that if I to go through with the root canals; they advised that it would have to be done in another couple of months. Otherwise, if I to pull my teeth off, they can do it straight away. So all the 3 months of waiting from November to February, this is the best they could come up with. They could have advised me somewhere in December instead of wasting my time. \u001e A couple of things that I found very dodgy with this dentist. 1. When I first met with them, I had to fill in Work and Income subsidised forms. Why are they asking me and keep reminding me to send the completed signed form to Work and Income to subsidise the payment of my teeth, when I work full time and can afford it? 2. The receptionist is advising me via phone on what to do with my teeth when she is not the dentist. She talks about wisdom tooth that needs to be pulled. This obviously tells me she does not even know which of my teeth that needs fixing, and I don't have a wisdom tooth. \u001e I don't recommend this dentist to anybody. Hopefully, I'm the only person who had an awful experience with them. \u001e\u001e

Had a pleasant and pain less experience while getting a molar tooth filled here. Initial assessment was for a root canal but after starting the procedure and cleaning up, Dr Pavai realised a filling would be a better solution. Appreciate her honest advice and care(saved me a lot of ). The assistant is super nice as well. Fairly priced and highly recommend.

Was in need of some dental work urgently and had heard about the surgery and its local. They got me in within the hour, took an xray and gave me my options keeping me well informed, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your dental needs and they are very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and A1 work thank you.

Great service & highly professional. I have had 2 of my wisdom tooth removed on 2 different occasions by Dr. Pavai and things were very smooth. Clear instructions were given post removal of the tooth and I felt I was in good care. I was at work the next day doing a 12 hour shift. No issues.
