First time renting a fridge due to delay in shipping for our new fridge. The team at Mr Rental were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with; service was excellent, they were punctual with delivery/ removal, and accommodated timing that worked for us. They masterfully navigated a challenging staircase without a scratch and were very considerate of the property.

This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with; amazing service. I hired a washing machine. Mine broke down when I had AirBnB tenants and had to replace it in a hurry, which they were able to do. I ended up keeping it for a while then when I sold my property they were also able to pick it up at short notice (called them after 5pm on Friday night and they picked it up Monday morning). Every dealing I had with them I was impressed, and I have high standards for customer services having been in this field for years. Will definitely use them again.

TJ was very helpful and he didn’t allow me to help lifting the equipment, he was very mindful and respectful that this was his job to do. That to me shows that TJ is very respectful coming into the home and showing his professional work ethics. Excellent TJ. Keep Up the amazing work.

Awesome service and help. Thank you to Robyn and all the staff, but it seems unfair to name names. The guys that came out were super friendly and professional. Moved from au to NZ. They sorted out the furniture ready for our arrival and any help was quick and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Mr Rental deals with renting home and office appliances from short term to long term. The staffs are really welcoming and helpful. I dealt with Robin and Tony and what wonderful people are they. They explained all possible scenarios and suggested the best one. The good thing is that you don’t have to pay the setup fees and no need to bother about the transportation. They bring the appliances and fit in your house. I am really happy with their service. A
