I was so impressed by the excellent service from James and the team at My Ride. James invested so much time into helping me make the right purchase, and to ensure the bike was ideally adapted to my needs. All the team there were friendly and competent. I highly recommend them.

Highly, HIGHLY, recommend these guys! I don't have a normal bike but they still serviced it and at a reasonable price too. A few days later I had a problem. I took it back to them to have a look at as I couldn't fix it myself. They fixed it at NO EXTRA CHARGE as I serviced it earlier during the week. I am so impressed with their integrity and work ethics that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them! Oh and they're a friendly bunch with really good advice too When the work is done, you receive a text notification. Great service, "LIKE."

The worst service. The girls there had no knowledge on bikes. Couldn't even change punctured tube properly when it's supposed to be one of the easiest jobs. Clueless and rude at the same time. Do not waste your time.
