BEWARE!! If you are looking to loose your money for the things which are calculated automatically without anyone's help you are at the right place. They do absolutely nothing and say they work on your behalf and take your hard earned money as fees. None of them have integrity or work ethics. They are very rude to speak with and always make you feel they are right and wont be open for a discussion. VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

I remember back in 2017 when they approached me and made me sign up lol then a few weeks later they emailed me saying that I have nothing but they will cut fees 19 if I’m not wrong. I emailed them asking why I’m being charged when I got nothing... fast forward, I decided not to pay the that fee. They took me to debt collectors and increased the money to 99. So I had to pay for nothing at all. I emailed tgem to delete me in their system, they were like “ you will be in our system for 7 years”.... in 2019 IRD told me that I don’tHave any tax return while I worked 2017-2019.. I’m thinking that these USELESS SCAMS have something to do with it. BE AWARE! Don’t use them...
I have been renting out my spare rooms through AirBnB. My Tax Back has recently prepared and filed my 2018 IR3 Tax Return. I ended up getting a tax refund instead of a bill to pay after I have claimed my expenses. What a nice surprise! I found they charge the lowest fee for IR3 Tax Return. Thanks guys! Will use you guys again for the 2019 Tax Return.
Amazing service! I am a self-employed contractor and I need to file IR3 return every year. They have very low IR3 return filing rate and are very helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for filling my IR3 return.
One of the BIGGEST CHEATS I came around. First they send out emails to if like to continue with their services, or let IRD do it. I check the box to continue with the service. Then 3 days later I get an email from them again say that they will no longer do my taxes. So I deleted both emails. Then I get word from IRD that I own little over 200 to the taxman. So I did my own investigation, and found that IRD got the wrong information. Several red flags on my taxes. So after 2 long months in working with IRD I got little over 1100 back as a refund. Now My Tax Back took 130.10 out of my refund claiming they done the work. So the boss is not at work, but when he is he talks like they didn't do no wrong, and they earn there fee. So after arguing about it he tells you he will look in to it, and call back in 24 hours. Still waiting. So let IRD do your taxes or do it yourself. DON'T DO NO BUSINESS WITH MY TAX BACK

Update: got my tax back good response from the team Thanks Hello everyone please stay away from them. They claimed my tax return never even contacted me and its been a year i did not get my tax return. Why you people are doing scams like this i feel like trapped its my hard earned money and i really need it. You claimed 830 which is a huge amount for me.
I have used my taxback to file my tax return for a few years, and they always send me a cheque, which is great. They even followed up on 2 cheques which were sent to my old address, and sent them on to my new address. Yes, you do have to pay a fee, and I guess that could be more noticeable on the form, but this company has to make money, and they are providing a very helpful service. I have removed them as my tax agent, because with the new legislation it seems unnecessary to have a tax agent. If I did need one, I would not have any problem using my taxback
