I had the most amazing Thai oil massage here today. Lovely ladies, smelt wonderful. Perfect pressure. Walked out feeling so good. Would highly recommend!

I was excited to see a new massage salon open in the local shops so I thought I would give them a try. The premises were clean, tidy and fresh. I had the 30 minute trial massage and it was great! Just what I needed. I chose the aromatherapy massage. Pressure was good and the massage therapist regularly checked that I was comfortable and ok. She took extra time to work at my tense shoulders and did a professional job. Great value for money too. I will definitely be going back.
NO EMPATHY AND SUPER RUDE STAFF!!! Booked a paid session for Friday evening but couldn't attend due to a medical emergency with my partner that same evening. Finally, when things settled, I emailed them explaining my entire situation and requested them to accommodate me at a later date of their liking (Perhaps when they were less busy or for a shorter session etc.). But, rather than understanding that it made no sense to have a paid booking and not show up, and that it was an unforeseen situation that I had no control over. They acted without empathy and extremely rudely without even attempting to provide a solution. The corresponding person (Tanya) mentioned that we emailed a day before and called. However, their email went into my spam and they called once at 5:30 pm on Thursday evening while I was travelling back from work stuck in the traffic and couldn't answer. Even though they could not get in touch with me, they did not make a single attempt to contact me any time on the booking day or for that mater even during my booking time when I did not show up and were basically were happy to charge me for it. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING WITH THEM.
The place is really clean and nice spa :) went there with my partner and we really love atmosphere there and staffs are really friendly and welcoming us with their natural smile. We had really good massage treatment which we asked for. Highly Recommended!! They sell Gift Voucher too so I will buy some for my parents as a gifts. Thank you Natara!!
This spa just opened this October and they had a good opening deal so I went there for 60 mins massage treatment. I do lots computer work and sitting all day so had my shoulders and neck had pain but after treatment relief and I was so happy with professional service and friendly customer service! I will go back there again and take my parents :) thank you so much!
