Price is very average. They use to be good. I mean more product and cheap price. This time I visit the shop I don’t see the deal anymore. I found the farmer shop even cheaper than this outlet. I think they need to start rethinking again otherwise this shop will be gone soon. VH

Lots of product and great prices. Surprised that they still use manual invoices instead of modern POS systems. Doesn't matter though as service was great, got what I wanted at a good price and was in and out really quickly which is all that matters.

Good sized store with plenty of deals going on. Big range of whiteware which is what I was after. You can get new or near new at a really good price. Just down the road a bit from the Noel Leeming store so you can easily compare. Team were engaged and I got approached to see if I needed help.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service of this Noel Leeming store. We bought a washing machine, which to start with was only delivered weeks after purchase, because they weren't able to get the day right of when delivery could be made. Now, not having used it a hand full of times, the machine is faulty. We took out the additional insurance coverage on the assurance that any issues with the appliance would be handled by NL. However, after several calls we still have no information as to what's happening. We are left with a faulty machine and no means of contact, that can assure us our problem is being looked into. Not the customer service one would expect from a Noel Leeming store. At the time of the purchase the sales person was all nice and sweetness bending backwards, but now, we cannot even get a response or an update to our problem!
