Staff are helpful and there's always someone available to help. Layout is good and store is large, sometimes don't always have everything in stock but will help you get from another store if needed

Heaps of parking but entering and exiting the complex can be a mission depending on traffic, however Noel Learning itself was bit hard to get salespeople attention if you stop in dressed in workwear and look a bit grubby. Have found the prices a tad expensive since The Warehouse taken control & some hidden price options.

My Huawei phone has a faulty ear phone jack, I took the phone in to Noel Leeming Royal Oak for repair the assistant was unhelpful, wanting to charge to transfer my information to storage. I asked if when the phone was repaired they could post it to me, as I live in Northland, no wouldn't. I find Noel Leeming Royal Oak unhelpful.
