Service was fine, customer service a bit poor and zero car wash or groom service offered at North Harbour Hyundai due to so called water restrictions(rubbish) and Covid(more rubbish)...talk about pulling the wool over the customers eyes. Next time I will rather travel to West, South or Central Auckland

Once again fantastic service from North Harbour Hyundai! Diagnosed and repaired a suspension noise I was hearing, as well as sorting out a bunch of maintenance items. All done in record time, at a fantastic price and the car was clean on return! Many thanks to service advisor Gareth and workshop foreman Simon - the car drives like new again!

I was so happy with their service! Stephen Anderson and Mark Watkins and the team were able to work with my budget, my trade in requirements and my hopes and dreams of buying my first new car!! They were both so professional, they spoke TO me (not at me - big difference!), they never brow beat me into any car type or finance deal I didn’t want... The whole experience was utterly delightful, relaxing and stress-free.... I was so impressed... (I had driven Hyundai’s for years previously so I knew how good they were) I purchased a car that day!! I would recommend North Harbour Hyundai to everyone!! Outstanding!!

I bought a Santa Fe from Hyundai North Shore. Soon after the rear diff broke. This is because the front and back wheels were of different brands (as put on by NorthShore). They are refusing to take ownership that they sold us a car with issues that caused significant problems.

My third Santa Fe from the same dealership.Always great service and recognized for loyalty from all the Wairau. Looking forward to pick up the latest Santa Fe this Wednesday. Hoping taht I can strike a deal on maintenance as when I purchased the offer of free maintenance with a new Santa Fe had not been announced but a few days later it was. Hope we can do a deal as Wairau normally are excellent with this.
