I have to say I’m pretty disappointed at the service I received from this branch. I expect way more from Toyota . I have dealt with Toyota Japan for all our business needs in the past and have found them to be extremely polite and respectful to their customers. Definitely not the experience we received today when looking to buy a vehicle . I found the sales team slow to approach you. Sales team are arrogant when speaking to you and laugh at you when your discussing what your vehicle requirements are . It’s a shame as they clearly don’t understand that in customer service it’s the small things that count, And it’s experiences like this that ruins it for them at the end.

Booked in for a safety recall. Needed to change the appointment by a few hours, called and let them know and they said it was fine. Drove across Auckland in peak hour traffic to be told that they'd marked it as a no show and that I'd have to rebook. 0/10 for customer service - at least Auckland City Toyota was happy to take the booking and schedule it in.
