After a rude, arrogant and troubling experience with Marcus I contacted the ceo, after a phone call from one of the other chief executive staff members, my car was fixed in a timely manner with no further delays or rude staff members. I would have given 5 stars but I feel as though I shouldn't of had to contact the ceo for my car to be fixed in an appropriate manner. Although Paul, Chris and Neesha are exceptional staff members of Toyota nz.

My first visit to the New Lynn branch. Well any Toyota branch really. I just wanted info about oil to use on a Camry Hybrid. The service mngr, Neesha met me and the excellent service flowed from there. Service recommendations for the car, costs, etc. She even had the oil topped up at no charge. I'll be booking in the new. Thanks Neesha.

Highly recommended!! Amazing people. Took my car in for a WOF and they took it in without hesitation. Location is great, just across the road from Lynmall so thats handy.

Mr Zuber Mohammad is the Diamond in New Lynn Branch. I Contacted him during Covid-19 lock down and he answered all my queries. Cant say enough about him he is a Gem. Highly recommend him for any Toyota Genuine Parts query and if you want best Service.

I booked online, got a callback to get extra details. Dropped the car off for service and WOF. Gift s complimentary drop off at home (thanks Paul superb guy) Got a call back once it was done, was given a summary over the phone and the results of the WOF (failed) they didn't have parts on hand to fix. But was given a few options, including thing a few places to see if I could either get the parts or the repairs done. Got a pick up as well. Great service, been getting our car serviced with New Lynn branch for a while now. The recheck was simple as well once I got it all fixed up (via Auckland city branch, but that's a different review ) My dad's been going here before. I'd recommend them, and price competitive with a great service and team.
