The lady that takes the swab is amazing. She is gentle and very reassuring. She is also very friendly and makes you feel at ease. This would be the best COVID test experience by far. If I had her name I would like to send a letter of thanks to her management for all that she does. Outstanding in every way for which I am very grateful and appreciative. Thank you.

Your covid testing application forms online are not working for me. It stops at the contacts stage of the form and will not let me continue. A huge flaw in a system designed to protect us from covid. Please fix

We had a short wait. Affirmation we did the right thing as had sore throat, runny nose, fever abs aching joints. The nurses were kind, informative and efficient. The environment in the drive through felt safe esp because we had flu like symptoms and did not want to attend a gp practice where we could infect others unintentionally. We received our negative result within the 24 hours which is exceptional. This means that we can return to work, school once are symptoms are clear again without a wait for a Covid test to return. I imagine that that might mean being able to return to school/work perhaps a day earlier if symptoms allow than if we’d had to wait until Monday to see our GP and wait another day or so for the Covid result. I am impressed by the ease abs efficiency of this service. It makes compliance easier. Nicky Shave

The nurse who helped us today was genuinely concerned, friendly and very helpful. She did a fantastic job and my wife and I are very happy with the outcome. Also, a few weeks ago I had excellent treatment from one of the doctors. This practice deserves all 5 stars.

Met with Dr Joyce Chan who was really professional and caring. She asked questions and showed interest in my situation. Gave clear advice on what needs to happen. Facilities are clean and modern. Staff are helpful and respectful and overall the quality of the experience was good.
